Thank you Dean and Ben for giving us a wonderful home, to have a functional kitchen a light, airy feel to what was a dark terraced lounge, and a warm dry bathroom has improved the quality of life enormously. Your advice before and during the build added value to the project and ensured we achieved the very best end result. When we looked for a company to help us create our dream Optical Practice, we didn’t want to use an Optical shop fitter as we knew we’d end up looking like every other opticians in England. Despite this being a first shop fit for DCS, Dean and his team attacked the project with drive, determination and imagination. We handed Dean and his team a concrete bunker and an outline of our vision and with seven very quick weeks they handed us back a work of art. They followed our requests to the letter, added some brilliant suggestions and the result is commented on by passers by all day every day.

Once you’ve had DCS- there really is only one place to go in the future. I can’t wait for them to do my kitchen!

Worked around our child birth schedules, twice. This is the second time we have used DCS for extensions to our property, we gave glowing feedback first time around. Overall we are very pleased with the quality finish of work and Dean's project management as a whole. However, the problems with the kitchen appliances could have been handled better. We wished that all appliances were tested and demonstrated in front of us to ensure they worked. Dishwasher faulty was due to installation error, which was poor and should have been fixed.

DCS REPLY: We totally accept responsibility for the errors on appliance installation and appreciate Mr & Mrs Richardsons constructive comments. All future installations will have a visual demonstration with the customer before handing over the Kitchen - Mr & Mrs Richardson still remain satisfied clients and are planning further projects with DCS. These projects have now been completed and they have given the comments bellow.

Looking to commission a builder and have works on your home can be a stressful process, with Dean Dalton of DCS we found a honest,  professional and courteous man, who's personal and work ethic is reflected in his team, and other tradesmen brought in as our works required. We requested a seemingly simple extension to our 1920s built bungalow, but during the work, found significant water damage to the foundations of the house.  At all times Dean kept us appraised of developments, showing us problems then sharing options and solutions in lay terms.  Dean acted as our voice with our insurance company, architect and local authority, using his influence and contacts to good effect.  This was invaluable, as the consequent overrun of the building works coincided with the early birth of our son!

Dean was then very flexible with timing, us having an infant in the house and the builders in, asking us when we would like work undertaken, and fitting his other commitments around us - a very great help indeed. Our home is sound now, the bathroom and en-suite are both fantastic, plus the extension looks like it has always been there.  Would we use Deans services again?  Without question. I am glad we know a builder we trust  and have also recommended him both our parents, and some friends.
