This was a lovely job to work on in the middle of summer, we think the project worked out well and once again you cannot see there has been any extending of the property, always a sign of good quality building work.

We have subsequently completed further projects for this client, and also carried out extra works whilst we were building the extension which involved a huge amount of remedial work due to fungus groing under the floor. When you view some of the pictures its hard to believe the property was only 10 years old! Bad building practice had caused serious rot problems within a very short period of time, the humidity levels were off the scale when we started to investigate under the floor why there was a huge amount of fungus and mould growth.

1 year later after our remedial works another test for humidity levels revealed a clean bill of health. A truly difficult one to trace and source the problem however another satisfied customer who has recommended our service to their family and friends.
