Extremely efficient and kept us well informed of progress. Any issues were quickly and efficiently resolved - responsiveness was excellent. Would happyily recommend.

Very satisfied with the work undertaken. The bathroom was fitted in the owners' absense, but updates were regularly given and clarification of requirements always sought where necessary. There was a professional, helpful and very prompt response to any queries or problems encountered.

We had a few problems with the delivery companies bringing the wrong sanitary ware but this was overcome eventually & we are now the proud owners of a lovely shower room to replace our old bathroom.

The only reservation we have is why didn't we have it done years ago. Thank You.

My home was always freezing cold in the winter. I had a survey by British Gas who suggested I replaced two radiators with larger ones. DCS recommended all radiators should be replaced and an additional one installed. The cost of an entire new system was the same as two replacements from British Gas. There was no sales pressure and I was left to decide and talk to family and friends. The work work was carried out efficiently and extremely cleanly. Staff were absolutley brilliant.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will certainly employ them again!

From our initial "What we'd like to do is....", the attitude of Dean, Ben and all the DCS team filled us with confidence that it could be done and that they would do a good job. So much so, in fact, that we left them to get on with it while we were on holiday for four weeks. Dean kept us up to date with progress and we returned to find our kitchen, bathroom and en-suites transformed. Pleasingly, our closest neighbours had nothing but praise for the whole team's approach while we'd been away.

The construction work that followed (a two storey extension and bedroom enlargement) was undertaken in the same manner and any problems were dealt with swiftly, calmly and professionally. The whole process was stress-free as far as we were concerned, despite some of our other neighbours being less that helpful. All the tradesmen were professional, competent, punctual and courteous and the site was left clean and tidy every evening - in fact I don't think our stair carpet has ever been that clean (thanks Perry)! Dean kept us informed of dates and schedules throughout the process and made us feel very relaxed about the whole build.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dean and all of his team and tradesmen for making what could have been a stressful few months so easy. We would happily recommend DCS (in fact we already have) to our friends, family and neighbours.

All advice was straight forward and clear. Deadlines all kept. All members of the DCS team are polite and friendly and there is never a mess. Our kitchen was in a terrible state and didn't work for us as a family. On recommendation we asked DCS to come in and design a kitchen for us. Dean was fantastic and instead of selling us something we didn't want, he designed a kitchen that works for us. Giving us more room and a beautiful kitchen. Workmen were helpful and polite and very tidy, altogether a lovely group of people. The guys came in whilst we were on holiday. Excellent. We were listened to and advised well in our design needs. The workmanship was professional, tidy and reliable with a great result. Not cheap but good.
