I used DCS Services on the recommendation of my neighbour and I have not been dissapointed. Dean and his team did an excellent job of re-roofing my garage and porch roof under adverse weather conditions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, politness and cheerfulness.

When choosing the builder we wished to partner with for the extension and renovation of our house, our choice was guided largely by our impression of Dean as an individual. He struck us immediately as someone we felt we could trust with our property and as someone who cared about his trade. (When he first saw our old bathroom his reaction was a muttered 'oh, that's ridiculous'.). We decided that we would trust him with our house, and then once he had the general gist of what we wished to achieve, the day to day decisions that would enable him to achieve it. This is not to say that we were unaware of what was going on; in fact the communication was excellent and we were always made aware of what was going on and of the times when he felt there were options we should consider. We never felt pressured into taking the more expensive options, although we often did! He was good at managing our expectations as to what was achievable and also innovative in some of the solutions he came up with, and we have come out of this process with pretty much all that we could have possibly hoped for. Of course there have been inevitable teething issues, but he has maintained an excellent level of aftercare to get us through the odd hiccup here and there. I would also comment that it was a very nice touch that he took his time to get to know us as more than just customers.

In the end though, I can only give some of the comments from our friends and family: "beautiful", "fab", "incredible", "you can hardly believe it's the same house".

I think that probably says it all.

After years of trying to renovate our property ourselves, we decided to employ DCS to conduct, what was in effect, a complete rebuild. Having seen first-hand a previous project they had undertaken, we had confidence that DCS were the team to do it. A project of this size was never going to be completely straightforward and inevitably some problems occurred, which were swiftly and professionally resolved by the DCS team. At all times the DCS team conducted themselves politely and cheerfully. They continually provided good ideas and inspiration for the project and when changes did occur we were fully consulted and informed. In what was a stressful 3 months for everyone involved we are extremely happy with the end result and would never have achieved this standard on our own. Even a year after completion the property still receives compliments and is a credit to Dean and the DCS team. Thank you

We used Dean on a small job in our previous house to see how he performed. we then appointed him to do a complete refurbishment on our new much larger property, an extension and restructuring of some internal walls. It was a first for us. Dean guided us from the outset starting with architect, planning, ideas, opinions, designs. He gave time, attention, communicated promptly by phone text and email, took on responsibility and managed the whole job extremely well. Service, time keeping, reliability, cleanliness, quality of work, sorting out snags, personal touch are all his real strengths. He instilled a sort of confidence from the outset which was important so we could carry on with our own business, not worry unduly and sleep well at night. All of his workmen took their time but did an excellent job. 

Would we have him again?

My wife and I were overjoyed at the finished project undertaken by DCS Services. The refurbished En-Suite shower room exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with the end result. All of the workmen employed were masters of their craft and were polite friendly folk who always took great care to leave everything in a clean and tidy state. We think DCS are a class act and would recommend them to anyone.

Very satisfied with the work undertaken. The bathroom was fitted in the owners' absense, but updates were regularly given and clarification of requirements always sought where necessary. There was a professional, helpful and very prompt response to any queries or problems encountered.

We had a few problems with the delivery companies bringing the wrong sanitary ware but this was overcome eventually & we are now the proud owners of a lovely shower room to replace our old bathroom.

The only reservation we have is why didn't we have it done years ago. Thank You.

My home was always freezing cold in the winter. I had a survey by British Gas who suggested I replaced two radiators with larger ones. DCS recommended all radiators should be replaced and an additional one installed. The cost of an entire new system was the same as two replacements from British Gas. There was no sales pressure and I was left to decide and talk to family and friends. The work work was carried out efficiently and extremely cleanly. Staff were absolutley brilliant.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will certainly employ them again!
