Overall we are very pleased with the quality finish of work and Dean's project management as a whole. However, the problems with the kitchen appliances could have been handled better. We wished that all appliances were tested and demonstrated in front of us to ensure they worked. Dishwasher faulty was due to installation error, which was poor and should have been fixed.
DCS REPLY: We totally accept responsibility for the errors on appliance installation and appreciate Mr & Mrs Richardsons constructive comments. All future installations will have a visual demonstration with the customer before handing over the Kitchen - Mr & Mrs Richardson still remain satisfied clients and are planning further projects with DCS. These projects have now been completed.
We were very satisfied. What also impressed us was the fact that all the rubbish was taken away and everything cleaned up.

I was widowed 6 years ago and since then have had numerous work done in my home for maintenance and improvements. I can honestly say that DCS have been the best company I have had, both thorough and trustworthy. The “simple” job of re-instating and fitting a new shower room turned in to a nightmare, or so I thought when my shower wall was found to be totally rotten with water damage. Mr Dean Dalton was there every step of the way, including dealing with my insurance company! The work schedule took a while longer than planned because of removing and re-building the wall, but still I am pleased with the work and would not hesitate in recommending DCS – thank you!

Looking to commission a builder and have works on your home can be a stressful process, with Dean Dalton of DCS we found a honest, professional and courteous man, who's personal and work ethic is reflected in his team, and other tradesmen brought in as our works required. We requested a seemingly simple extension to our 1920s built bungalow, but during the work, found significant water damage to the foundations of the house. At all times Dean kept us appraised of developments, showing us problems then sharing options and solutions in lay terms. Dean acted as our voice with our insurance company, architect and local authority, using his influence and contacts to good effect. This was invaluable, as the consequent overrun of the building works coincided with the early birth of our son!
Dean was then very flexible with timing, us having an infant in the house and the builders in, asking us when we would like work undertaken, and fitting his other commitments around us - a very great help indeed. Our home is sound now, the bathroom and en-suite are both fantastic, plus the extension looks like it has always been there. Would we use Deans services again? Without question. I am glad we know a builder we trust and have also recommended him both our parents, and some friends.
