DCS Builders Dean - Lee and his mate did a fabulous job of rendering the back of my house they were very efficient good quality workmanship and most important they tidy up after finishing I have no hesitation of recommending them to others and would certainly use them again.
Dean was contacted after we experienced water damage from a leaking pipe which spread from the utility room to the kitchen diner He explained what needed to be done to his team who were friendly and polite At the end of each day everything was left clean and tidy Dean regularly checked on the progress of their work to make sure we were satisfied how things were going Matt and Rob were efficient and hard working we would definitely contact them again for any future work.
DCS have done several jobs for us before, hence we went back to them to have our hall, landing and stairs redecorated.. We are equally pleased with the result. This time all the surfaces were sanded down and Repainted with three coats. No significant mess was made, but what little there was he clearedp up thoroughly. In addition the painter was very friendly, accommodating and helpful . In summary I cannot recommend the company highly enough.
Meticulous attention has been given to the refurbishment of our bathroom by Dean and his fantastic team of artisans. The work was completed on time and on budget. We are very pleased with our bedroom update, by the DCS team. Dean and the team have done lots of work for us over many years. All work is of a high standard and contractors left things clean and clear each day as they left. All the contractors were easy to get along with and worked with care. Dean and his team have done a number of jobs for us since they built a first floor extension for us in 2017. We continue to use them as they are reliable and always do an excellent job. The latest was a relatively small job, to plaster over a brick fireplace. As usual we’re very pleased with the outcome.

Having seen Dean and company working on neighbours properties and the feedback from them being excellent we decided to approach for a quote. Wasn’t worth shopping around as their quality of work speaks for itself. Work commenced within a few days and despite it being a roof edge refurbish and experiencing the worst rain deluge possible, the work was fault less. No leaks, extra hours put in each day to ensure it was weather proof and safe. Thoroughly pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend and use this company again.
