From the quote to the final build, we couldn't have hoped for a more professional experience. Dcs Services have carried out extensive work on our property, to say we are delighted is an understatement. Their considerable experience and attention to detail is so evident throughout. Initially Dean throughly discusses our need/wishes with us all, making suggestions that we had not even thought about, not necessarily adding huge expense BUT certainly adding HUGE benefits to the way we use our home. We were all only too aware that the considerable work to be undertaken would be disruptive to our lives and also cause some disturbance to our neighbours. EVERYONE was happy how it went
This is the 2nd time I've used DCS and again I cannot fault their workmanship nor their work ethics. I extremely pleased with my new floor. They are a cheerful and conscientious bunch and I would not hesitate to recommend them...I will certainly use them again I'm sure.
Excellent quality of work, very punctual, very tidy and finished quicker than I expected. They also dealt with building control and ensured compliance with all required standards. Everyone who has seen the finished conversion has commented on how good it is. I have no hesitation in recommending DCS and intend to use Dean again for some other work in the near future.
Dean and his gang done a fantastic job on our rear extension. Very courteous and friendly and full of ideas. Would recommend them to anyone and in fact using them again to plaster rear wall
We had a complete renovation of our upstairs bedrooms which also included an extension and installation of a bathroom. We contacted Dean straight away he takes what you want to do and offers another perspective you not have thought of. Our first consultation Dean gave us a timescale of 3 months and the work was carried out in the time frame, all the contractors Dean organised where punctual professional and extremely reliable, Scaffolding, Plumbers, Tilers, Plasterers etc. Dean kept in constant contact with us including the odd day he was off site always making sure everything ran smoothly and nothing was missed. The bedrooms and bathroom where done to a high quality finish. Dean does not just leave you when the job is finished as we had a couple of small adjustments to be done a few months later which he did. We would highly recommend Dean and his crew they are very reliable and professional builders they have done work for us in the past and will call on Dean for any work to be done in the future.

Dean Dalton & his team (DCS SERVICES) have undertaken several large domestic projects for us at our home over a couple of years. His tradesmen have always been very professional, polite,tidy and pleasant people. Everyone involved is excellent at their own trade and are always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. The latest job they have been involved in is a complete refurbishment of an upstairs roof over a large extension at the rear of our property. An excellent job! I have no hesitation in recommending DCS services to carry out any task. They really are a first class business looked over by Dean Dalton himself who is always ready to discuss any part of the project at any time.
Dean arranged the manufacture and installation of a matched pair of bespoke Hardwood Driveway gates. The finished product is impeccable and has gained a lot of admiration and interest from friends relatives and general house callers with several stating they would like a similar product made for them. The standard of workmanship cannot be faulted, the team of workman have been a pleasure to have around they are always considerate and very courteous, I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a quality job and a finished product to be proud of that enhances your home.
Fantastic job by a great team ! – went with Dean and DCS for my garage conversion after taking a look at another garage conversion they had done, that was done to a high standard with clients being very complimentary about the job and the service. Dean and the team started the job when they said they would, were always there when they said they would be, with no gaps of days on end during the project with nobody about. Dean was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice and suggestions throughout the build, and appraised me of building regulations etc, so I was confident that the price we agreed, barring any completely uncontrollable issues, would be the final price, which it was. The team always cleared up and left things tidy and kept us informed with progress and next steps etc. All in all couldn’t be happier with our new found space which is much more useful that the junk dumping ground my garage had become !, new room now being used as a bedroom for my son who moved back in after finishing University. Would not hesitate to recommend DCS for any building work that anybody have.
Dean was fantastic - came round to measure up and quote for a bespoke internal bifold door, got the quote to us quickly, and started (and finished!) the following week. The doors look absolutely brilliant and were exactly what we’d hoped for. Dean and Rob completed the job to a very high standard and kept everything tidy throughout and did a full clean up at the end of the job. Thanks so much - we are delighted with our doors! Dean and his colleague made a wonderful job of replacing the stop cock and fitting a switch to the cupboard under the sink, making turning the water off so simple. Would not hesitate to use him again.
Dean & his very able assistant Dave arrived when they said they would,made a very good job putting the curtain pole up,and when they had finished the job you wouldn't have known they had been there!Asking them to do the job is the best decision we have made for a long time.Delightful people & we recommend them.They even asked if we needed any help hanging the curtains!

We first met Dean approx. 14 years ago when he did a dormer conversion & new kitchen for our next door neighbours & again a few years ago when he put in a new bathroom for another neighbour. He was always extremely polite to us when we saw him & the work he did for both neighbours was completed to a very high standard. With that in mind when we decided to have our garage converted into a dining room & utility room we looked no further than Dean & we too could not be more pleased. Dean came round to discuss our plans & gave us valuable input to maximise the benefits of both rooms. There were no hidden costs & the work was completed as we expected to a very high standard indeed. Even the rubbish was cleared away daily...no unsightly skip on the front lawn. Now we have a lovely dining room & very useful utility instead of a garage which was too small for the car & the dumping ground for all our junk. We would have no hesitation in recommending D.C.S to anyone thinking of having building work done.
