Dean was very patient with me as there were many decisions to be made with my work but nothing was too much trouble. The workmen were always polite and trustworthy, with excellent timekeeping. Everywhere was always left clean and tidy and the rubbish was removed to avoid an unsightly mess. The attention to detail has been a pleasure to experience. I would certainly use dcs and recommend them to my family and friends.
We were able to discuss our requirements, and were offered some alternative options to achieve our goal that we hadn't even considered, so we were in a position to fine tune our project to get the desired result. The job ran exactly to the time table that we agreed, and finished ahead of the expected time. We have known Dean for several years and during this time he has carried out various building work for us. He recently completed an extension, garage conversion and bathroom refit for us which we are delighted with. He and his staff are always polite, courteous and always try to keep disruption to a minimum to ensure family life is not impacted. The DCS building team are highly recommended by us.

DCS Builder Services were very quick, clean and efficient. Workmanship of a very high standard. Always cleared and cleaned up the site every day after work was finished. Willing to do any overlooked jobs that needed doing without overcharging. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Dean in our experience has access to a full range of competent and efficient tradespeople. Although we only had a number of small jobs carried out, the quality of their work was excellent and they were always polite. All the jobs were completed in the overall timescale that was agree at the outset. We are very pleased with the end result.

We wanted a kitchen/dining room extension built onto the back of our house. After getting plans and planning permissions we looked on the web for local builders. D.C.S. Services were the best choice we could have made. After reading the many good testimonials from people in our area on their web site we contacted Dean Dalton who came and discussed our project in detail and gave us some very good ideas of what could be achieved in a limited space. Work was started with a team who were all very skilled and efficient at their jobs also they were very friendly and pleasant and gave us confidence that the finished job would look great. Disruption was kept to a minimum and the unexpected problems that a occur with all add on building work were solved professionally. All work was completed to a very high standard. We now have a lovely kitchen/diner with lots of cupboard space, a raised decking area and a downstairs toilet and shower. The whole finished job by Dean and the guys is even better than we had hoped for. A big thank you.
Dean visited and made several useful suggestions for a small piece of work on our newbuild house. His team came promptly and carried out the work efficiently. I should be glad to recommend him to anyone.
DCS was recommended to us by a friend who had some recent work done, he was highly complimentary on Dean and his team and the quality of their work. We approached Dean about a loft conversion but he suggested a better and cheaper way to achieve what we wanted with a first floor extension which would mean less disruption. Whilst we were waiting for planning approval DCS sorted out a leaking flat roof for us, it wasn’t straightforward to find or to sort out but they did find the leak and there has been no further leaks since. The team have just completed the work on the house extension to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the result. The outside has been matched to the rest of the period house and doesn’t look like an add on. The inside is much better than we envisioned, due to Dean’s ideas, although this did result in some extra costs. The level of disruption has been limited the team timely, polite and helpful, the mess limited. The project has not been cheap but Dean was upfront about this, if you want cheap and cheerful then DCS are not right for you. We would whole heartedly recommend DCS.
DCS Services have carried out extensive work on our property, to say we are delighted is an understatement. Their considerable experience and attention to detail is so evident throughout. Our father (the king pin to our lives) had passed away giving us the need to totally rethink our living situation to give the much needed support to our Mother. To say this was an emotional time is an understatement but we were aware huge changes had to be carried out to our property to enable us to give the support to our Mother and yet still allow us all a degree of privacy. Initially Dean throughly discussed our needs/wishes with us all, making suggestions that we had not even thought about, not necessarily adding huge expense BUT certainly adding HUGE benefits to the way we use our home. They were extremely considerate to our feelings in the way they approached all aspects of the project. They showed a huge amount of compassion to us all and especially to our Mother. We were all only too aware that the considerable work to be undertaken would be disruptive to our lives and also cause some disturbance to our neighbours. However we were all pleasantly surprised by the way the project was undertaken by DCS Services to the point where we and our neighbours were warned prior to each stage of the disruptions expected the following day. Everything has been completed on budget, well within the expected time frame and the finished project is just what we dreamed of and more - WE ARE DELIGHTED. We have found DCS Services with their experienced dedicated work force, to be professional, competent and most importantly considerate and respectful. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
DCS have recently reworked our shower room, and it was not without its difficulties. We had a drain problem and there was not a straight wall in the small room. Dean, Dan and Harry took on this challenge with great expertise, patience and good humour, we cannot praise them enough. All the associated trades ie plasterer, drain expert, electrician and tiler were also very experienced and did a great job. It was a pleasure to have them all working in our home. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. To find trustworthy and honest tradesmen these days is not always so easy and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
