Dean’s team have done an excellent job of painting our downstairs rooms and landing in our new house. Much better than anything we could have done ourselves! Dean came round for a site visit initially to look and quote for the job. Was impressed so booked him in. Once all items had arrived I let him know and his team came round to install this week. Very good job and now have a nice tidy looking awning and heater installation covering the patio.

Having recently suffered with a mains water supply leak at my property, Dean and his team have been amazing. From the initial stages of recommending the best way forwards to the later ones finding the best solutions Dean has listened and advised throughout. DCS provided an outstanding service from the moment of quoting to finishing the job. Dean offered advice and suggestions to make our garage conversion work better for us. The whole team are extremely professional, and finished all their work to a very high standard. We were keep up to date daily on the build and they would always turn up when they said. The build was finished before the date provided and we couldn’t be happier. DCS took care of everything we needed, would highly recommend.
I am very pleased with the work done. I was told what time the workman would be starting and he arrived in time and worked hard all the time he was here. I was told how the work would be done and in what order and was offered an information sheet on the chemicals used to treat the wood worm in the floorboards. When the work was finished all the rubbish was bagged up and taken away. I will be very happy to use them again and have passed on the number to a couple of other people.
Turned up bright and early in the freezing cold and got the job done for a fair price.

Following an unfortunate leak from our ensuite wet room we had substantial damage not only to the room itself but also the lounge ceiling below. DCS were contacted and took on the job and have repaired our wet room and lounge ceiling to the highest standards. The job had many challenges and difficulties. We had many problems due to water leaking into the timbers for quite a while and causing damage to the joists . It is a small room adding to the task of fitting everything in to the space. Dean and his team took on this challenge with great expertise, patience and good humour, we cannot praise them enough. All the associated trades ie plasterer, plumber, electrician and tiler were also very experienced and did a great job. It was a pleasure to have them all working in our home at these very difficult times and always felt safe as they adhered to all the covid restrictions . We are absolutely delighted with the end result. To find trustworthy and honest builders these days is not always easy and it proves again that you cannot put a price on experienced knowledgable. tradesmen. We highly recommend Dean and his team and look forward to using their services again In the future.

DCS SERVICES LIMITED DAMP INVESTIGATION AND REPAIR
We must thank Dean Dalton and his team for their damp report on and the damp survey you recently carried out in our Bungalow. . It was reassuring to know what has caused the damp problems, and helpful to understand what needed to be done and how to prioritise the work. We have been delighted with the speed with which DCS produced such a comprehensive damp report. The additional information, which explained the estimated cause of the wet and how it would have to be investigated, This was very reassuring for both of us given I was recovering from cancer surgery and chemotherapy.
The prompt attention immediately discovered the culprit was a fractured water pipe within the wall cavity separating the Bathroom Shower Unit and the adjacent bedroom. Once confirmation was established, their plumber repaired the leak in quick time and was very clean and tidy throughout his work. DCS Services left both the bathroom and bedroom in an excellent pristine condition for that we were most grateful.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending DCS Services to anyone wishing to appoint them.

We had our garage flooded several times when it has rained a lot. Contacted Dean who gave good advice and price to solve it. His men came on time and started work right away, did not stop until job was finished even though it was raining hard at times. I found the team very helpful and friendly. Would recommend DCS.
Dean Dalton and his friendly and helpful team have just carried out some work at my property to a high standard. My roof has been completely cleared of moss totally by hand using wire brushes and no harmful pressure washing; The roof was then sprayed with a fungicide wash to help with the prevention of moss and lychee growth in the future. I was kept informed throughout. Following this my gutter was replaced, on completion of the work any mess caused was cleared up. I am totally satisfied with a very good job done and will have no hesitation in recommending this company to others and will in future use them for any other building work I may need. Rita D. Due to a change in circumstances I needed to convert my garage into an en-suite bedroom. Dean and his team worked long hours in testing conditions to produce a perfect annexe. Dean’s skill, expertise and knowledgeable advice has resulted in an exceptionally well built and well designed beautiful addition to my home. He not only designed and built but also provided all the extras that would have taken hours to research and buy. The site was kept tidy and clean throughout. I am very pleased with the way Dean and his contractors went about their work, doing their very best not to cause me inconvenience. I had my garage converted into living quarters that involved complicated work in moving my power meters to the outside and creating a shower and toilet wet room.
