It's always hard to choose a builder when there are so many stories of poor workmanship around. I am more than happy to recommend DCS Services who fitted a brand new bathroom for us. They resolved problems encountered during the work (we live in an old house with many challenges)and discussed anything unexpected. This is the second time we have used them and I am already planning a third.
We employed Dean to do a whole variety of jobs all over our house the main one being the complete re arrangement and installation of a new bathroom which we are delighted with. Dry rot was discovered during the work which was swiftly and professionally dealt with. Whenever the inevitable snags arose nothing was too much trouble and problems were cheerfully dealt with and no quibbles. All the various tradesmen that came into our home were friendly and hard working and yes they all drank a lot of tea!!
I have been absolutely delighted with my garage conversion and new porch. Dean and his team were professional and polite at all times and in fact by the end of the job I felt that they had all become friends! I have had many positive comments on the work from friends and neighbours, and even complete strangers! There were one or two problems along the way, as often happens in work of this sort, but they were all dealt with satisfactorily and scarcely delayed the job. I would certainly recommend the company and hope to use them again.

This is the second major project that has been completed on our house by DCS Services within the past five/six years, and this one has been completed with the usual efficiency, attention to detail and to the highest level of professional standards, as we experienced on the previous occasion. No problem is too small and the team works extremely well in solving those inevitable problems that occur during any major renovation of an old-ish property. The end results are excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending DCS Services to any potential clients in the future.
Had new staircase fitted and I must say that DCS have transformed my hallway. From start to finish DCS where very professional, always arrived at the agreed time, very tidy workers. Would definitely use DCS again and would most definitely recommend.
Dean and his team have done an excellent job on our loft conversion. Throughout the whole process the work was carried out to a high standard, was completed on budget and within the timescales initially estimated. All the way throughout the job we were kept informed of what was happening and Dean and the whole DCS team were helpful, tidy and went out of their way to ensure that any disruption was kept to an absolute minimum. I would recommend DCS without hesitation and will be using them myself again in the future.

This is the first time I have used the site and was impressed with the speed at which I was contacted. Dean contacted me the same evening and arranged to call early the following morning to obtain information, provide guidance and check what was required. Later the same day I was provided with a full quote. I didn't take the quote up only because the job needs doing fairly urgently - I was really impressed with the professionalism and information provided.

excellent work and attitude
Our bathroom was in desperate need of a complete refit so we contacted a couple of local builders but they didn't really want the job. So we were recommended the use of DCS Services through a friend who had recently used them. And we are so glad we did have them, really professional in all aspects of the work, they were clean tidy, friendly and punctual. A really superb job that didn't cost the earth. We will be highly recommending them to others and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again guys for a lovely job.
