Dean and his team did an amazing job from the initial meeting to providing a quote to completion. He did not just do what we wanted but used his experience to suggest ways to improve the build resulting in a job way better than we imagined. The work was completed to an excellent standard and he and his team ensured they met the deadlines working later a few nights to ensure the work was completed before our baby arrived. No job was too small or too much trouble even when we changed our minds ????
Dean communicated throughout the build to ensure we know who was coming the following day and what work would be started/completed.

Dean has just completed his 4th job on my home and the professionalism and dedication shown by all his team is first class. Dean undertook extensive renovations and home improvements including removing kitchen wall to create spacious new open plan kitchen dining room; building new kitchen and extensive works throughout the house e.g. new flooring, new bannisters, new lighting and ceilings. The project also included removing walls to create a new en-suite and redesigning the main bedroom. The project include further new windows throughout, bifold door, new fascias and roof and new loft. Dean was the consummate professional throughout, his work was of the highest standard and all within the budget agreed and his advice and genuine care for the project was second to none. No job was too small or an inconvenience for him and his finish quality was impressive. The team working for him on every aspect were equally impressive in their manner, their work and their quality of finish. If you want to be reassured and feel totally satisfied on your building or home improvement project then look no further than DCS services and Dean.
I was recommended to Dean and his team by a neighbour, initially to carry out drainage work. Subsequently they repaved my driveway, side path and patio. I found them to be friendly, reliable and trustworthy, and the work was carried out to a high standard.
Almost a year to the day of moving into my run down bungalow, Dean and his team have totally renovated it. Stage 1 was the inside which involved gutting the house, fitting kitchen, bathroom all rooms plastered, decorated and new flooring. It was completed in a couple of months and looked amazing. They returned to complete the outside, I couldn’t be happier. I have a fully landscaped garden, new drive and front garden. The only thing that remains is the bricks and roof (which also had a cleanup which I would highly recommend, makes the roof look brand new). Dean and his team are fantastic, excellent craftsmen, clean, polite and always there when they say they will be. Would highly recommend.
Dean has been amazing in helping me deal with a major leak in my kitchen and utility room areas under insurance claim, getting to the source of the problem and planning all repair works He has also laid me a beautiful new front block paved driveway and laid a complicated Victorian path His team are always pleasant, hard working, neat and tidy and do a lovely job Cannot recommend highly enough!
One evening early in August we noticed water seeping through our kitchen floor. We had used Dean at DCS before so messaged him in the hope that he could help.
Dean and Rob arrived early the following morning to survey the scene, even though they were very busy.
They immediately started to find the source of the leak, the damage was far worse than originally thought.
All new pipe work throughout the ground floor was completed, the floor relaid and the kitchen redecorated. All this work was carried out in a very professional manner and we couldn’t be happier knowing that water ingress could never happen again.

Previously to this project we had thankfully come into contact with Dean and his team, he was extremely helpful at short notice providing a temporary solution. This allowed us time to consider all our options for the longer term solution of what to do with the space vacated by a large outbuilding which was in poor repair. Dean was extremely helpful, patient and very sympathetic with the needs of my recently widowed mother. His creativity, knowledge and ability to problem solve made a situation that was overwhelming to us easy to deal with. All of his team were delightful, thoughtful, tidy and a pleasure to deal with. The space now is amazing, a multi-purpose area with a great patio including a covered area offering protection from the weather, beautiful fencing and landscaping. My mother and I are delighted. I would not hesitate again to recommend Dean and his team to anyone. My husband and I are already looking at projects in our own home that we are sure Dean will be able to help us with and know that we will be as delighted as my mother. Thank you Dean

Dean and his team were personally recommended to us and after seeing some of his high-quality work we were keen to secure his services. The team converted an internal garage into a kid’s playroom, which involved putting in an internal door, fitting two new windows, insulating, plastering and decorating internally and building bespoke storage cupboards. Throughout the process Dean consulted us on different decisions and was able to advise and accommodate our wishes. The whole team were very friendly and reliable, and we built a strong rapport with them. We would highly recommend Dean and his team and have plans to use them again in the future.
Dean and his team have carried out several jobs at my property over the last few years and I have been very happy with all of them. Jobs include replacement floor, digging out a damaged outside drain and replacing, laying a new stone patio, fitting a new kitchen window and painting outside walls of the property as well as building me a new shed in the garden. All his team work to a very high standard and I will not hesitate to call on DCS again when the need arises.
Dean and his team completed a variety of jobs for me including solar outside lights, putting up blinds, TV on wall, garden mirror., taps dripping and sink leaking and replacement taps. Great to get all these jobs done at the same. Friendly and professional service. Would recommend
