After previously using Dean and his team on a bathroom job we needed some extra bits done throughout our house during our renovation project. Most recently we needed all our skirting boards fitted to finish the job, it was a little bit tricky due to our large curved bay windows and this is why we got in touch with Dean and his team to ensure we have the best finish possible. All in all we are really pleased this is now completed and based upon their recommendations we have a finish to every room in keeping with the style and character of our 100 year house. As always, Deans teams experience and skills ensured this job was conducted professionally and with ease and with great results.

Dean and his team worked tirelessly to get this project completed in time for our daughter and brand new grandson. It was a laborious task and they continually updated us along the way. Dean consulted with us, not just checking our wishes, but giving us all the information we needed to make informed choices. Building control and legalities are a minefield and they handled the whole thing. The team are polite, courteous, professional and tidy. They even took the time to ensure the neighbours were happy. Dean and his team came to our Residential Care home in Rayleigh to provide a quote to assist us in several remedial works to the property. There was an immediate understanding between the two parties of what was expected and we proceeded to work with Dean and the team. Their attention to detail and considerations while working at the property was extremely impressive. All of the team interacted with our residents in a warm, friendly and professional way, which we are grateful for. Their work aligns with their personal integrity and they absolutely would not provide any work that wouldn't be accepted in their own homes. I needed the outside of my house and garage repainted and turned to a neighbour who had just had significant work to his house. The recommendation proved well given. The finish is excellent and was meticulously carried out. All in all I am very happy to recommend their services with confidence

Dean’s team did a great job on plastering, repairing and decorating our hallway and spare bedroom. Never had any work done with this little mess and fuss. The team treated the house as they would there own home and were extremely clean and thorough throughout!

The DCS team was quick, professional and very reliable. They finished the works, while I was on holiday with my kids. I came home and everything was done to perfection, even though I hadn't been there to supervise. From the very first visit Dean managed the direction of the project. The DCS team are really friendly and polite and we were always comfortable having them working in our home. The works involved converting a garage to home office, walk-in wadrobe and ensuite and the final result was on time (for birthday deadline) and to a high standard. Dean dealt with extras and requests professionally and was extremely reasonable where additional costs applied.
